Li Qing

2017

Born in 1981, Li Qing lives and works in Hangzou (China).

His work represents a deep visual and conceptual exploration of the notion
of the picture and of painting, of the window on the world and of what these notions can tell us at a time of great upheaval in history, geography
and the reproduction of images.
Works by Li Qing are held in contemporary art museums all around China, both public and private, including the Budi Tek collection, but also in Europe (Germany, Spain, France) and the United States (San Francisco).
His work has been shown in numerous solo shows in Chinese galleries.
