Lives and works in Paris and Tours (France).

Raphaëlle Ricol never attended an art school.
Raphaëlle Ricol’s work is about instinct and representation of the dark side of our contemporary life. Group shows took place at the Conciergerie in Paris « A triple tour: Collection Pinault » at Abbaye d’Auberive (2013), Lieu Unique in Nantes (2012), Fondation Salomon (2010). 
She was selected at the legendary exhibition about the emerging French scene «Dynasty » co-organized at Musée d’art Moderne de la Ville de Paris and Palais de Tokyo in 2010.
She is the prizewinner of the fourth edition of the Jean-François Prat Prize (2015).
She is represented by Galerie Patricia Dorfmann (Paris) and Wintzenhausen (Amsterdam).
